thewelcoming address n intro n blah were boring. i fell aslp.
the 'know ur drugs' workshop was worse. i dreaded it. the facilitation was bad.. not engaging.. couldnt follow.. even though it was onli 1 year 4 guy to 10 of us.. he was too cheem n fast n boring. i seriously couldnt be bothered.
the dosage form design pratical was slightly better. made cream n emulsion stuff. cool.
our grp bought tidbits at georgie's mart haa n went to the tv room to pig out n slack. nicee. esp cos wm came over =) relieved me from boredom n regret.
dispensing pract was quite nice. made carbon capsules.. n some menthol n eucalyptus inhalation thing. hehheh.
the visit to the clinical trial unit at NUH was worse.
played Game of Life aft dinner. super fun la hahaha. yay. our grp got 2nd =) i think this game is the best part of the camp n the favourite of everyone else too so yay.
wm came again. hahaa so sweet. played heart attack n hamburger n bridge. funn. made super lots of noise n tio complain. hahha. played till 3 plus am.
the medical health screening was quite interesting. got to prick my own finger n take my own blood glucose level. i thought it wld b damn high cos i just ate chicken rice n an icecream 1 hr plus b4 tt. but eh no leh quite low.. 5.1.. compared to others who had 7.7. the diabetic test n urine test stuff were quite cool too.
think the camp was alright la overall. it was the company of my grpmates n the games tt made it fun. useful.. well.. ok la. at 1st thought i wld b quite interested in pharmacy. but hmm i dun think so la.1 thing i was quite unhappy abt in this camp is tt my cgl told us to act awake n stuff in front of the speakers even though we're damn slpy.. n oso not to wear slippers so tt we can give the speakers a better impression of ourselves. n then during the talks.. turn back n look.. whole row of cgls slping.. some went out to drink coffee. n my very own cgl was wearin slippers. how nice.
ah nvm abt tt. im so glad itz over anw. glad tt ive made new friends too. found it kinda weird to see the ny-hc girls there. made me feel tt ive drifted apart from my hc friends a lot. hehh there were cool coincidences too. denise my grpmate is kc's new gf's clazmate.. n she was frm taiji n in wuzong. super cool la. n her bf's someone i noe too omg damn shocking haha.
